Shipping policy.

Processing Time:
Orders  are processed within 48 hours after payment is received. Please note that processing time may depending on the availability of items and any personalisation requested, you will be informed prior making a payment.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options,including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery estimates will be provided to you based on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.  

International Shipping:
Currently Juan and John Clothing don’t ship internationally. We will be updating this space once available

Return policy.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy and entirely not satisfied with your purchase, we’re definitely here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your options.

Refund eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused,unworn, and in the same manner as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as accessories and personalised products, may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged.

Return and Refund Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely package to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.  Once your return is received,we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account, depending on your payment provider.
